    Sponsor Benefits and Acknowledgements

    The ICNM is an incorporated, non-profit association (Paris, France), committed to bringing the highest quality suppliers of products and services together with a rapidly accumulating cohort of naturopathic professionals from around the world.     • The Sponsorship of the ICNM First Annual Distinguished Lecture — 3500€

    = 40 minute plenary address to the delegates at the Gala

    The sponsoring company will introduce and thank the distinguished lecture of the conference speaker.


    • Sponsorship of a Parallel Session — 2900€

    = 30 minute (4 parallel session sponsorships available)

    Subject to the agreement, parallel lectures will be available for sponsorship. Participating sponsors will be acknowledged enthusiastically by having their company name displayed at the beginning and end of the lecture, as well as on poster sites outside the room, plus all the core benefits and acknowledgements afforded to sponsors as outlined in “1”.

    • Call for Papers Newsletter, for inclusion in distribution — 2500€

    This Newsletter will be circulated three timesto an estimated 42,000 potential delegates. This is a unique, effective branding and awareness-increasing opportunity for a company ready to commit at an early stage to their support of the Congress.

    The sponsor’s logo will appear in a full-color advertisement with logo & name. This is an extraordinary opportunity to keep your company’s image and message before the delegate cohort.  Potential delegates very quickly become committed delegates and your company will be before them throughout this process.


    • Final Program Advertising, per page— 1500€

    The Final Programwill be distributed on-site to all participants, and will include widely and frequently accessed all congress information, such as the definitive presentation and scientific programme, social events, the book of abstracts, presenter biographies, and floor plan of the exhibitors’ hall, as well as related Congress Events such as special tours.  The major sponsorship packages include advertising in this document; other interested parties may contact the organisers for details of advertising availability.

    1. Direct to Delegate Sustained Contact Features:


    • Laminated Bookmark — 2000€

    This extremely visible item will be distributed in the delegate bag. The bookmark will follow the Congress theme, including the Congress logo, venue and dates, and will include the sponsor’s company logo on the front and advertisement on the reverse.


    • Delegate Bag Insert flyer — 1500€

    The major sponsorship packages include a delegate bag insert. Other companies may have a single insert, maximum size A4, which will be inserted into the Congress delegate bag by the Organisers.


    • Delegate Bag Insert gift — 1500€

    The sponsoring company can provide objects which enhance the delegates’ conference experience. The committee will work with the sponsor to ensure that national legislation regarding compliance with delegate gifts is adhered to.  For this reason, the item or items must be pre-approved by the Executive Board of the ICNM.


    • Congress Delegate Bag — 5000€

    This is a high-profile, much sought after item with extraordinary, sustained exposure during and after the Congress itself. The sponsor’s logo and branding will be printed on the delegate bags (also to include the Congress logo).


    • Delegate Badge Lanyards (supplied by sponsor) — 3000€

    Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide lanyards displaying their name and corporate logo which will be distributed to delegates with their name badges and be on display throughout the Congress.


    • Pads and Pens, (supplied by sponsor) — 2500€

    Distributed in the Congress briefcase, this is a unique opportunity to highlight your name and company logo on two items which will see continuous use throughout the Congress and afterward.


    • Partner Stamp Card Prize Bonanza — 1500€

    Partners can participate in a “grand prize bag” of “gifts” event which will be held on Sunday afternoon.  Delegates must get participating sponsors’ “stamps” from you in person to qualify.  A special “card” with the sponsor’s name and booth location will be included in every delegate bag.  Delegates come to you to get their cards stamped and then take the completed, fully stamped card to a central desk on Day Three of the Congress to receive their “bag of gifts”.  Participating sponsors contribute the gifts and congress officers will choreograph the bagging and distribution to delegates.


    5.Special High Profile Congress Events


    • Welcome Reception — 7500€

    The Welcome Reception will take place on the evening of Friday, July.

    Drinks and canapés will be provided by the Congress.

    The sponsoring company’s logo will appear on the website next to details of the Reception, in the Final Programmewill be featured and invited to present a 5 minute talk.


    • The [your name here] ICNM Congress Gala — 10,000€

    A wonderful highlight of ICNM 2016 will be the Congress Gala Dinner. This event occurs on Saturday night, July 2nd.  The programme includes special awards and presentations including: sponsoring partner of the year; naturopath of the year; an address by the ICNM president.  There will be a dance following the Gala Dinner.

    An excellent menu will be provided. The sponsor’s logo will appear on the Congress website next to details of the Gala Dinner on the tickets for the event, and on the dinner menus.


    • Special Congress Barcelona Tour — 5000€

    With an expected 400+ delegates, interest in Barcelona tours will be very high.  The first fifty delegates who sign up with be eligible for the [your name here] WELCOME TO BARCELONA TOUR. On the day of arrival (Friday, July 1), specially consigned busses will take interested Delegates on two conveniently scheduled, exciting, comfortable, narrated short tours of Barcelona highlights.  Your company logo will be featured on the tour bus and your company representative will welcome delegates personally on each tour. This feature will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with your company having ongoing contact with those who choose it as part of their programme.


    • Catering Coffee Breaks — 2500€ per break

    Catering points will be located within the exhibition area for the duration of the Congress.

    Sponsors will have their logo displayed at the catering points for one coffee break.

    There will also be the opportunity to provide additional branded items, overprinted napkins, cups, bottled water, etc.5 Coffee breaks available (Friday pm, Sat am & pm, Sun am & pm)


    • Catering Lunches, per lunch, 2 available Sat & Sun — 5000€

    Sponsors will have their logo displayed in the lunch area.

    1. Exhibition Information


    • Stands: 325€per sqm+ vat for a minimum of 6 sqm— 1950€.

    Shell scheme is provided for all stands with one table & 2 chairs.

    The stand fee is inclusive of the following exhibitor services on-site:

    • Coffee Breaks & lunches for two persons.
    • Company name badge for two persons.
    • Free editorial entry (50 words) in the Final Program.
    • 24-hour security.
